Welcome! So you want to make a booking. That's great. We are excited to host your stay!

Rates and Pricing is as follows:

Rates and Pricing varies based on when you book and for how long you book. We have peak season rates (July/August + September long weekend), mid-season rates (May/June/September) and winter rates.

For peak and mid-season, we have a weekend rate, week day rate, full week rate (15% discount), and full month rate. Rates are based off a minimum booking duration and range from $125-$250/night.

*Please Note:  Rates include a set of linens for 3 beds, 4 towels (please provide yoru own beach towels), Wi-fi, 2 guest parking passes, and use of 2 kayaks, basic amenities (ie. soap, TP, kitchen towels, etc), plus basic cleaning costs (additional unnecessary cleaning costs will be taken off your security deposit).

Call for Winter rates. Weekly, monthly or full winter (October-April) is available at a large discount. 

Payment terms:

A 100% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking for 3 day/weekend bookings, or 50% for week-long bookings. If relevant balance is owed within 30 days of your stay. We will also be adding 50% as a damage/security deposit (or minimum $350)  that you will receive back, as long as you have left the place tidy and clean and undamaged. 

You are welcome to bring your own linens & towels and save $50.

2. When you make contact, please give us / select your preferred date(s) as well as your second choice.
   

3. We will respond to confirm whether or not it’s available either set of dates.

4. Once we confirm on a date(s), we will send you payment information (methods for payment).

5. Once we receive your deposit payment, your date(s) will be considered reserved, and we will send you all                 necessary information and guidelines to make it a wonderful stay.
